Difference between glock 43x and 43x mos

The p365x and 43x mos are almost the same size. Maybe shorter slide on the p365. The only difference is 10rds vs 12rds. This can be changed by using shield arms on the 43x to get 15rds. But it's an entirely new mag. The p365X can be changed by using magguts which bring the capacity from 12rds up to 14 with unnoticeable increase in length.
